I've been really impressed with it overall. The SOPs are extremely thorough, well structured and easy to navigate, while still being comprehensive. They cover all of the key areas that I'd expect to see in a medical aesthetics setting and are particularly strong from a nursing perspective.

I especially liked the emergency management sections. The pathways are clear, detailed and practical, and the anaphylaxis guidance is up to date with the key information highlighted well, making it easy to identify the most important actions quickly in an emergency.

Another real strength is the inclusion of broader medical emergency guidance. I think this will be incredibly valuable, particularly for therapists or practitioners who don't have a hospital or wider medical background, as it provides a solid foundation for recognising and responding appropriately to emergencies that could occur in clinic.

Overall, I think it's an excellent resource that balances detail with usability. It feels professional, evidence-informed and practical for day-to-day clinical use. I don't have any major suggestions for improvement and think it would be a really valuable asset for practitioners.

My honest thoughts are that I think the design of having it as a laminated ring is perfect for quick reference in an emergency situation. I think the VO/Bruising is where a lot of practitioners (especially when new) worry and second guess themselves & this is great peace of mind. I think the whole thing is extremely helpful to hand and is useful for everyday.

I found it really useful having everything laid out clearly in one place, especially the SOPs and clinical governance documents. It's made the process of ensuring my clinic is compliant feel so much more straightforward and has given me confidence that I have the correct foundations in place. I really appreciate how detailed and practical everything is - it doesn't just feel like generic documents, it feels relevant to aesthetics practitioners and the day-to-day running of a clinic. It's definitely something I'll continue to refer back to as my business grows. I keep this on my treatment trolley and refer to it constantly. The vascular occlusion vs bruising card alone has given me so much more confidence in my assessments, that's always been something I doubted myself on! I'd recommend it to every injector, regardless of experience level.
